About JP’s Grill – Durham, NH

Exterior of JP’s Grill in Durham, New Hampshire

JP's Grill today.

JP’s Grill has been part of the Durham community for years, continuing the legacy of the beloved JP’s Eatery at the same location. Reopened in 2018, JP’s Grill quickly became a favorite among students, locals, and campus visitors seeking subs, wraps, roast beef, and quick meals.

In 2024, the McGinley family took over. Michael, with over 35 years of experience in the food service industry, brings a deep knowledge of how to run a great restaurant. His wife Erin, a UNH alum, keeps the restaurant connected to the campus and local community. Their two sons, now UNH students, continue the family’s ties to the university.
