As a Shift Leader at JP's Grill, you will support daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service.

​ Qualifications:​

• Prior foodservice experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent customer service abilities

• Friendly, positive, and enthusiastic attitude

• Efficient multitasking skills

• Availability for evening shifts, including Saturdays

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and balance for up to 8 hours per shift

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

• 18 years or older

Responsibilities:​

•  Greet and serve customers and input orders into the point-of-sale system

• Prepare hot and cold subs, salads, and wraps using kitchen equipment (knives, grills, slicers, fryers, etc.)

• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service

• Lead, direct, and guide team members

• Perform end-of-shift closing responsibilities
